While the movers were excellent, the service prior to them moving wasn’t the very best. They were supposed to arrive on a Saturday and continuously kept pushing back the time. This was really harmful to my move and I just expected them to at least arrive on the day that I booked or the time they agreed to on Sunday. The movers were excellent when they did show up so that is why they have 3 stars.

The two young men who loaded for me were nice, hardworking, and respectful. However, they didn’t know how to properly load, and they were slow. They were also running 30 minutes late. Not everything got loaded due to their pace, but because we had to be at the new place 350 miles away to meet the movers there, we didn’t have time to finish up what they hadn’t which caused me to have to make an extra trip back in n my car.

Got a message from them that morning that they would be a bit late. Good communication. Nice guys and hard workers. Was very pleased with their attitude and experience. They educated us on the best way to pack a POD and the pitfalls of doing it incorrectly. They maximized the space in a very smart way. I would recommend and hire them again.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive 5 star customer service and a crew that will work hard to get your move done in the time you booked. We also have very polite and honest crews that will go above and beyond to assist you throughout the entire process.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
For moving day we ask all customers to have items ready to be loaded or unloaded. If you have to pack during the move it may take extra time and extend your move past your previous booked time.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done over 300 moves to date in all different aspects of moving. There's not a move we will not be prepared for and have not done.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love being able to help customers in a time of need and to make the moving process alot simpler and smoother.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide our crew with a two day training where we teach our way to pack and wrap furniture but also how to pack pods and trucks.
