They were scheduled between 10am-11am. At 1045, I called and they returned my call telling me that they would be there in 40 minutes. Finally they show up at 1139. It was a small "unload" job...unload a 15" uhaul - 1 bedroom apt. No living room furniture. Took them an hour and 45 minutes to unload everything.
While it was under the 2 hour minimum - it should not have taken that long to unload. Everything was in boxes and/or shrink wrapped. I wanted them to remove the shrink wrap but was afraid I would go over my 2 hours.
Also, both young men were very nice -- if not a little slow. However, I do not pay for smoke breaks! One took a smoke break so i had to ask him to wash his hands...I don't want smoke smell on my stuff!
I would NOT recommend this company.
