Very happy with the service from D. Law. Due to a last minute change in schedule with my POD delivery, I had to push back my job time. They were totally accommodating and told me to just call when my stuff got there. Mike and Steve got there quickly after I called and quickly put together a plan for moving my stuff up to my third floor apartment. They were fast, careful and friendly, even considering the cold and rain they were working in. Much appreciated and recommended.

Using the service was quick and easy. At first I had my reservations as to using this type of setup and movers due to other reviews, however, my expierence was a good one. D. Law movers were quick and ready to work upon arrival.
One recomendation I would suggest is being as specific as you can when detailing what you need moved and setup. This will give them and you a better gauge as to how long you will need for the movers. D.Law was able to move my 1bd 1bt apt in 1h15m. Which was very good considering all the small items we had.
Overall I would reccomend D. Law movers, they are quick and courteous.

The movers were nice but what took 3 hours should've only taken 2. The movers carried one box at a time down the stairs instead of using the dolley to take multiple boxes at one time. They were told I needed the dresser mirror, bed and TV mount taken down, but had no tools to do so. One mover had to leave for over 30 minutes just to get a screw driver, then still didn't have the tools needed for the TV and bed. The movers called the owner who had to come bring the tools. He was rude and never apologized or introduced himself. He actually complained that he had to bring his kids to the job, which is HIS fault. I think this company is just run out of this guy's house and is not professional. When I mentioned that I was glad they did drug testing and background checks, one of the movers looked at me like he had no clue about that. This tells me that it was lie. At the end, I told him I shouldn't have to pay for the 30 minutes with only one mover, he very begrudgingly gave me $20. As I walked off, he said, "so does all of this mean you're gonna give us a bad review?" He didn't care that he'd been rude and caused so many problems. He was merely worried about this review he knew he deserved. the owner was rude and unprofessional.
THIS IS THE DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER. WE NEVER DOLLY BOXES DOWN STAIRS. FURTHERMORE, WE WERE UNAWARE THAT WE WOULD BE TAKING A TV MOUNT DOWN. THIS JOB WAS COMPLETED IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME, WITH NO DAMAGES. SHE JUST DIDN'T WANT TO PAY. TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS: WE PROVIDE AFFORDABLE, PROFESSIONAL MOVING labor HELP.
