If I Could do it again knowing what I know now I would RUN....... to another option. These two guys I hired for two hours originally were supposed to be here between 5 & 6. However they did not arrive until 7:26. And only after I called twice. They showed up in flip flops and shorts, both wearing wife beaters on. I told them what I needed moved and they began. Thirty minutes later after one trip downstairs, they came back up and said I know you booked us for 2 hours but its going to take three. Mind you they were using an elevator and I have a 525 sq ft. apartment. I said okay we will see what happens. Maybe he was psychic or simply just running game. And I chose the later because after they had been there an hour, there was only a recliner a tv stand and a tv to move. And they had been missing from my apartment for almost 30 minutes just as they were for each trip down. So I decided to go and check on things. Well I was not surprised at what was going on when I saw them because I already suspected as much. They were both smoking cigarettes while one was on the phone with his girlfriend. I stood behind them for 3 minutes before I said anything. I could not believe they were taking a break after barely moving anything and being there only an hour. In conclusion, they made sure they moved as slow as they could right up until 2 hours and 15 minutes passed. They stayed 2 and a half hours, I paid for 3. And I just wanted it done after being up all day or I would have told them to leave after 2. If you want dishonest slackers go with D Law. Otherwise shop on.

The moving Operations would have been outstanding; however, they dropped a piece of furniture that will required some major repairs.

They did a great job. Arrived on time . Did the job efficiently and effectively. Everything was perfect.

They were 3 hours late,
They were to be here between 10:AM and 11:AM. I called there office at 10:30 to see if they were on there way. I was told they would be here in one hour, I called again at 12:30 and got no answer. They showed up at 2:00 PM after I had half the truck loaded with boxes. After they got here they did work hard and finished loading the truck about 4:10 PM. In as much I had them scheduled for four hours and they finished in two, I feel that I should only be charged for two hours in instead of four. I will not recommend them or use them again.

They arrived ready to pack my u-haul, but I decided that it was too small for the job. They waited patiently while I switched it for a larger one. Movers worked quickly, careful with my stuff, and even offered to pack the remaining items that I did not have enough boxes for. If my job transfers me back to Dallas, I will use them again.

Friday services were excellent! They were all very polite and worked very hard, staying on task . They could not have done it any better. Appreciate their hard work. The Sunday services were good too but some were late. However those there work doubly hard and they still finished the job in the time I alotted with some getting there late. I was very pleased!
