Fuse Movers called the day before to confirm the appointment time. GREAT! The movers window to show up was between 9-10 a.m. The 2 helpers showed up at 1:18 p.m. with NO CALL the day of the move to let me know that they were having issues coming on time. The helpers damaged the wall with a couch leg. I would not recommend them at all based upon lack of communication when they cannot show up on their scheduled time. One of the helpers it was their first day on the job. The helpers were respectful and hard working once they did arrive.

Mover's response:

We appreciate the feedback however we did call and inform her as soon as we found out there would be a delay in arrival. When we spoke the day before I did mention although it was scheduled for 9-10am that should give us to the next arrival window 10-11am which you agreed to. We called and made contact with you before 11am letting you know their would be further delays. No mover sent to you was new he was telling you this was his first job in the area as we had to pull crew member from our Kimberling City/Branson area. Because of the call out that day the two although experienced guys had to make up the team. Anyone in the moving or that does physical labor as a team understands pairing up and getting used to working with one partner makes jobs easier and that is what we have tried to do. Keep the same pairs/teams unless their is an emergency and we have to get crew member from another location/team. Spoke to two of my guys and they both do not remember when or if they were responsible for the mark on wall. Picture i received was of small mark not even 7in long however our goal is to make sure nothing of that sort happens. One of the guys did mention her husband was moving some small items into the house because they had 2 pods and wanted it done within a certain amount of time not blaming him but it is very possible too.

This mover was excellent. Called me the day before to ensure we had the correct times and location. The helper showed up at 10:15 we were finished before 11 AM. The helpers even help me align the slates on the pool table so that all the screw holes Matched perfectly. This was a great help to me. So give these guys lots of business. Dale Smith
