The guys were awesome! I had some heavy items that needed to be moved to the basement, and they took great care in getting them there. The didn't complain or even seem dissatisfied with the work. Outstanding job. I had a 8x16 container that was full, and they did the job in about an hour. Amazing! Thank you, gentlemen!

The two movers were very nice and worked hard in the early September heat. That said, the coordinator called the day before and asked me to move up the start time so they could do another job afterwards. I agreed only to have the movers arrive at the original time. One of them did not wear a mask and I did not have one to give him. You may want to have some extras on hand if this is important to you. I booked them for 4 hours and asked that since it was local move (half a mile) they focus on the large boxes and the furniture. The movers were concerned the truck was too small and so loaded some boxes, and most of my furniture in what was essentially one layer. The items were placed haphazardly (ie: they never used the moving blankets, but placed a piece of furniture on top of the pile of blankets causing it to tip precariously) that nothing but light items could go on top. After loading and unloading they finished after three hours and left for their next job. I asked and was refunded the fourth hour.

The gentlemen who showed up to help us move were prompt, courteous, respectful, friendly, and very hard working. They were engaged and willing to stay longer than required to help us get the trucks loaded. I would definitely hire them again.

They worked steadily and completed the work efficiently. Everything was done well, but moving heavier appliances would be easier if they had a couple of good mover’s harnesses or an appliance dolly. They were a good team and worked well together. They were polite. They were appropriately dressed for the work. As the day warmed and there was more to be done, they pressed forward to complete the job. They unloaded a 26 foot truck in less than three hours. Thank you.

Again though according to our complaint you have and working on from August loading our TWO PODS ---(Which we are asking for a complete refund and is explained in detail)
.....once again the 2 helpers yesterday were very upset cause told ONE POD and no stairs!??!!
I have been in detail regarding our new house description and unloading a 12 ft Pod and a 16 ft Pod!!---from the begining!!
So they took time again just like the other 2 who loaded 2 PODS in August---- these 2 Helpers per our permission to call their Boss/manager with their complaint of miss information given to them which was 1 Pod and no stairs!!! So wrong!!
I Vicki Anderson have been detailed about this completely and more so after our experience in August----- and here it is happening again. Please look at order sheet you sent us a few day ago to confirm yesterday's job. Hopefully you record on phone everything!! I am very sad management MISMANAGED AGAIN BIG TIME!!
Both times all Helpers told us this mismanagement happens all the time!
--- and we have witnessed it twice now in our move. Going in August and coming to new house in September!! Hmmm. So one more fact to state---
Our behalf and truth----a Ken called us Friday evening the night before yesterday which Saturday they empty Pod----- this time my husband David answered each of his questions!! Ken ask remind you AGAIN --- day before!!!----after I Vicki have spent much time on phone with the move Pod People and Hire a Helper people ---- My husband told Ken 2 PODS and the sizes AND number of stairs!!! Again when these Helper came yesterday they were upset big time again and told us Ken told them 1 Pod and NO stairs!!! My husband told Ken night before 2 PODS and how many stairs JUST AS I did in detail when ordering this day yesterday from beginning. Wow.
But the 2 guys that came were excellent after they decided to stay Mark and sorry forgot other guy name. They got the job done in 4 hrs.
I expect a complete refund on August job.
Yesterday my husband didnt have to help cause both helpers stayed.

They were pretty late, about an hour and a half. They had people with them , waiting in their vehicles. They were slow, and on cut his arm and smeared blood on the without cleaning it up.
