They arrived nearly 30 minutes late, only one of the group worked, forcing me to pay for an additional 1/2 hour, the truck only got 3/5 loaded, making me to rent another truck and work crew. Would not recommend this team. I hope someone with HireAHellper reads this, as I'm expecting a partial refund.

It was a nightmare that Holland made right. For a strong project driven person, it was a horror when the night before my move, after being up packing into the wee hours, my phone died and I slept through my moving time block. Never happened before and hope it never does again. This was also my FIRST time using hire a helper. I know that timing and scheduling matters and had the Holland team not had an opening this could have been a complete disaster, but the thing is they had an extra time slot open later that day and they came back! No extra charges and there was an extra man on the crew. Again, I emphasize they couldn’t have done this without the unexpected opening, so don’t imagine this flexibility happens all the time. Even so, they were completely gracious and helped make it work. The crew was VERY willing to take some of my suggestions for the load ( project Mgr remember?) and they got the job done fast and efficiently. I will use them again and really value their customer service!

I used your service before and the last and was fairly happy with my experience but this time I was not pleased at all. The movers showed up and were very dirty. So much to the point that when they brushed up against my white walls they left black smidges on multiple floors. They even left dirt on my furniture. I was nervous about how they handled my furniture and that they would drop it so I didn’t even want them to help put it together. They also smelled of smoke and this was not very professional. I really like Mr. Holland but I hope he can get more professional movers to work under him.
