The two guys came within the agreed arrival window and went to work immediately. They were very friendly and courteous. They used my hand truck as they didn't have one. They unloaded the 16 ft pods carefully and quickly, bringing the boxes and stuff to where they were marked, i.e., kitchen, garage, etc. Great guys! Certainly would like to use them again!

So, I have to say that even though this crew worked hard and went above and beyond to get a refrigerator out and another one in, through small doorways, they did not think to protect our floors.
The vinyl floor is totally ruined, with ripped up gouges, which we don’t care about because we were going to replace it with something else anyway, but there are a few grooves in the wood floor, that is hopefully just in the finish and can be buffed out.
They were on time, friendly and if they just had put something down to protect the floors, they would have received a 5 star rating.
