The two men provided by Baby Huey's Moving who helped us move boxes from upstairs to downstairs and garage to attic were wonderful. They came on time ready to work. They worked very hard for the whole 2 hours, and helped us get all those boxes organized. With some extra time left over, they helped us move additional shelving and put it together. Our garage looks great now. I would definintely use this service again and highly recommend this company to others.

This was the second time i used Baby Huey's services. They were on time and worked very hard! They took care with my items ,wrapped them in shrinkwrap etc to protect them. I would use them again.

Baby Hueys did a great job loading our belongings into Pods. They handled our possessions with great care and took great precautions to ensure our things would be delivered safely.
The only reason I give three stars (instead of four or five) is because they were almost three hours late. It really messed up our schedule. They did a wonderful job once they got there, but being that late is something that really irritates me.
I would recommend scheduling first thing in the morning in order to avoid schedule conflicts. I believe they are more likely to be on time if you're the first job of the day.
We tech. were 1.5 hrs late according to that window.We try our very best to be on time to late afternoon appointments. Please understand that it is hard to be on time when we can not control weather and traffic. The crew was in traffic for over 2hrs and 50mins trying to get to you.

While the crew was very nice....the Owner of Baby Hueys....not so much. I needed an extra hour but the owner would not work with me. I didn't mind if the crew came the next day but Thomas Brown aka owner was very unprofessional, foul mouthed, incompetent , and rude. After several calls from him, interrupting his crew.....was a horrible experience.
The fact is the customer under booked by an additional 5hrs.
We had prior jobs after her requested time and could not do any additional that day.
The customer and her son became irate, began to curse out our office staff etc.
We wanted to leave the job, but stayed to the second, her job time ended.

Baby Huey movers arrived early and went right to work. They came with equipment even though I provided mine. They worked so hard they made me tired... They were very respectful of my property and took every precaution to protect everything. The next time I need movers I will certainly use Baby Huey Moving. I was extremely pleased with their work.

At first I wasn't going to leave a review because I thought by not, then the service would speak for itself. The two gentlemen that showed up at my house didn't have rope, didn't have tie downs and i requested these items when I booked the service. Luckily, I had went to purchase some as an extra... I had a issue with one guy going into my kitchen and taking a bottle of water without asking. I'm paying you for a service. You should bring your own supplies. Secondly, I do not want to hear that before you go to another job, you better get your pay check first. Or any of the other banter that was going on. Thirdly, they were moving so slow that I started pulling the boxes out of my office because of all the talking. I don't need to hear or want to hear "who's locked back up", "who just got out".. and in the end I had to pay for another hour because while one was loading my pod, the other one was in the house just standing around.. Yeah, not good service at all... NOT GOOD...and why are they not representing the company in a company shirt.????? Very disappointed.

We will reach out to provide you excellent service from start to finish. We will listen to your needs and act to get your move taken care of as smooth as possible
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call/text you in route to your location, set home protection down to ensure no damage to property. Disassemble your furniture/appliances. Blanket and shrink wrap them, load/unload, and full set up
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure if we need to bring any packing materials for tvs, lamps, glass tops, pictures/mirrors, or mattress covers. If not have everything off the tops of furniture. Put all important documents, money, jewelry in your car prior to our arrival, Put all personal items you want to move in one location/area
What types of moves have you handled?
local, long distance, office moves, baby grand pianos, upright pianos, safes, pool tables, hot tubs

What training do you provide your crew members?
12 hours of packing with trainer, 12 hours of prepping furniture, and 6months minimum before they can become a driver/crew leader. Most of our crew leaders have been with us 5-10years.
