Definitely recommend! They were a little late but called ahead to let me know. Donnie and Jessie showed up ready to work and worked fast and hard. I have no complaints. I am making a long distance move in a few months and will be calling them back again!

One man kept taking time away from job to go to his truck. The other man seemed like he had no clue as to what he was doing when it came to wrapping the furniture. The truck was NOT packed all the way to the top creating more space used and raised our cost with U-Pack.
I had marked GLASS/ FRAGILE on several china boxes and asked then NOT to put anything on top of them as it was my mother's antique china and very important to me. The movers that unloaded the truck said there was a bunch of boxes on top of the china boxes! Luckily none of the china was broken.
There was a large shoe print on the side of my recliner that I noticed as it was coming off of the truck in Winston Salem.
The manager of Baby Huey's was very rude to me on the phone when I explained my complaints. I hung up on him as to not say anything else to him.

The two movers from Baby Huey's where great. Showed up on time, worked hard and packed the material carefully. As a local Realtor I'll be referring them to my clients!

Appointment was off by 5 hours, workers ran out of materials in the prior job and were exhausted by the time the move actually started. All this was a scheduling conflict but at the end they came thru with an excellent service and a honest apology from the company. Two days later they unloaded the furniture and outdid the
previous service. Hard workers who take pride on the services they provide.

They were running late and that did irritate me some. Once they did arrive they went right to work and did a great job. The only damage to our stuff was stuff that occured from traveling across country, nothing that Baby Huey's did. I would hire them again.
However, when you live in a large city there is traffic in the later part of the afternoon so please be patient with our staff.They are driving in traffic and are not getting paid for the longer time it takes to get to you.As far as the damage the customer is correct. We only unloaded the truck and the items were damaged in transi

Baby Huey was organized by Hire a Helper to fulfull the job that another company failed to complete.
A date was set for the next afternoon. Later in the day, the manager called and asked if they could come the same day, and I agreed.
They arrived a bit later than planned, but they had kept me informed. The got the furniture moved from the garage to the diningroom, and assembled it.
They had the tools required and worked hard to complete the job. They were careful with the furniture piece, which was quite valuable, and did an excellent job.
I will definately use them again when another piece of furniture arrives from England in several weeks.
Really confused on why the 4 stars. In uniform, last minute same day, moved items safely with no damage. Thanks for mentioning you would use us again, just confused on the lower rating because doesnt match how we preformed

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will reach out to provide you excellent service from start to finish. We will listen to your needs and act to get your move taken care of as smooth as possible
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call/text you in route to your location, set home protection down to ensure no damage to property. Disassemble your furniture/appliances. Blanket and shrink wrap them, load/unload, and full set up
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure if we need to bring any packing materials for tvs, lamps, glass tops, pictures/mirrors, or mattress covers. If not have everything off the tops of furniture. Put all important documents, money, jewelry in your car prior to our arrival, Put all personal items you want to move in one location/area

What training do you provide your crew members?
12 hours of packing with trainer, 12 hours of prepping furniture, and 6months minimum before they can become a driver/crew leader. Most of our crew leaders have been with us 5-10years.
