The Baby Huey's crew we had today was very professional in every way. They were running later than expected at the previous stop, so one of the team members came alone and arrived on time to evaluate what we had and how best to load the truck. "Arturo" was a VERY hard worker who wasted no time loading by himself until his co-workers arrived about 45 min. later. The crew took care to wrap the front door frame so as to prevent any scrapes when carrying out the furniture. When the packing was completed, one of the team members saw that I needed the car dolly reconnected to our U-Haul. Since my husband was still out of town, he said they could do this for me so that it wouldn't be laying out where anyone could take it. I would definitely recommend Baby Huey's to anyone!

This is the second time I have used Baby Huey's Moving.
They showed up on time, worked tirelessly even though the temperature outside was over 100 degrees!
I booked them for 4 hours, but they stayed over at my request to finish all that I could think of..

I needed help loading a 26' Uhaul truck for my 170 mile move. I had 4 bedrooms, a formal dining room, kitchen, living room, and garage full of furniture to move.
The guys arrived right on time and fit everything into the truck within the 4 hours we hired them for. The guys were very nice and very professional.
Upon unloading the truck, nothing was scratched or dented; however, they did break one of the feet on an arm chair while loading it into the truck, which we did not know about until we were unloading. Luckily, I believe the foot can be fixed. When it was discovered, I was more upset that they didn't say anything when it happened vs the foot actually being broken.
Other than that, they did a GREAT job getting everything loaded.
The company that unloaded the truck said that it was not loaded properly, and that a lot of space was wasted, but I guess that comes down to experience. It all fit and it all made it to the destination, so we were happy.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will reach out to provide you excellent service from start to finish. We will listen to your needs and act to get your move taken care of as smooth as possible
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call/text you in route to your location, set home protection down to ensure no damage to property. Disassemble your furniture/appliances. Blanket and shrink wrap them, load/unload, and full set up
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure if we need to bring any packing materials for tvs, lamps, glass tops, pictures/mirrors, or mattress covers. If not have everything off the tops of furniture. Put all important documents, money, jewelry in your car prior to our arrival, Put all personal items you want to move in one location/area
What types of moves have you handled?

What training do you provide your crew members?
12 hours of packing with trainer, 12 hours of prepping furniture, and 6months minimum before they can become a driver/crew leader. Most of our crew leaders have been with us 5-10years.
