We hired LeDoux to pack a trailer (think Estes/UPack) for a 4 bedroom house. The team was timely, and most of their team was friendly to us and worked hard. But now that we've unpacked on the other end, we had many boxes crushed and their pack wasn't as tight or as tall as we had hoped. Despite scrapes and crushed boxes, it doesn't appear like anything broke, even though they packed an easy chair on top of the TV and made other perilous choices that disregarded our fragile stickers or heavy-on-bottom advice. Their team often argued amongst themselves and loaded things before I was ready, like not removing a mirror attachment from a dresser and then trying to load it unprepared (glass exposed). I needed to keep them supervised to stop a few mistakes like that. They under-used the materials I bought and provided (like moving blankets and furniture wrap; I had an annoying amount to spare), and then charged for their own materials; even so, they left more than a few pieces of furniture unwrapped or unprotected. I had to wrap what I could reach after they left to prevent obvious rubbing. They also didn't follow my instructions on using in-trailer retention rails or my rings for securing the ratchet straps, thus missing an easy opportunity for internal-pack stability that made unpacking a challenge. In fact, the loader stated he was unfamiliar with these concepts that I had learned from other DITY movers and youtube videos about packing trailers - pretty elementary oversights I think. I'm glad I had help for the heavy stuff but I feel like I over-paid, and I would definitely look for a different team or just do it myself next time.
