A little too much chatter between the crew. Overall, they didn’t break the one very expensive, very heavy item they had to move though there was a close call! They were on time , very respectful, and I would use them again.

Kenny and Tony did a great job, Would have them back anytime… They finished moving all the stuff in 36 minutes… I should’ve had more stuff for them to do.

They worked very quickly and were very friendly and did work hard. I asked about wrapping the tv. I was told if I wrapped it then they would not be responsible if something happened. If they wrapped it then they would be responsible. I did not wrap it and they loaded them last with not much wrap left. One of my Roku TVs is cracked and now I am told the insurance will not cover it since it was not in the box. As I have unloaded other items we are noticing dings and marks that I know were not there. I guess moving quickly is not the key to a good packing job.
