Our helpers were great (Ian & Irvin-pls forgive any incorrect spelling!)! Very time efficient and secured everything in the POD very efficiently/safely. They worked tirelessly for 3 hours bringing all of our things down from a 3rd story apartment. We would hire them again for sure and highly recommend them! Thank you!

These guys did a great job of unloading my moving truck. They laid down moving blankets so that they would scratch my floors, and they moved very quickly. Both guys were also very friendly and careful.

Ian Smiley and Christian Arnold were the men that loaded our Pod. Ian knew exactly how to load it and was able to get everything in even though we were sure some things wouldn’t fit. It was like a jig saw puzzle that he was an expert at completing. Christian, though not as experienced, followed Ian’s lead and did a great job. Both were very friendly, hard working, professional and we would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend LeDoux Moving Solutions. The company was flexible with scheduling. The movers were polite and courteous and worked very hard to unload the my truck. I was highly impressed with the amount of time that it took them to unload my truck and the amount of work involved in doing so. I will be using this company again for my next move.

The men who helped me were great. Very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, much of my stuff was severely damaged by the way in which they tightly packed the moving pod. Boxes that were clearly labeled as fragile were on the bottom and came out with tears and broken glass inside. Of course you can't account for the pod in transit, but unfortunately I think much of the damage was done by how poorly things were packed. If you use this company I suggest overseeing placement of your items to ensure care.

Mixed feelings!! 5 Stars but... Real review here. Bottom line: as packers / loaders of a truck, they did a GREAT job! High and tight like it should be. So I definitely recommend them from that standpoint. Now, as for communication... maybe 1-2 stars. We scheduled 3 loaders for 2 hours, starting at the latest at 9am. The time passed, So I called the company. They said the team had car trouble, and cited one gentleman with a family emergency. Robert the lead called me and said they were 20 minutes out. He was very apologetic. So only 2 guys showed up, but not until 9:35am. They were very courteous, and apologetic for their tardiness. They were quick and efficient, hard working and generally organized. A 3rd loader arrived about 10:30, and they got the job done by 12 noon which was my original goal. While we had about 6.5 labor hours given, they still only charged us for the original 6, and they didn’t charge for their furniture plastic wrap, so I thought that was all fair. Robert the team lead left his tools at our home, so a quick call had them back quickly to retrieve those. Again, very friendly, courteous, and apologetic. We understand car issues and family emergencies, so no fault to them there. I just wish they would have communicated in a more timely manner. I would still recommend this team.
