I supposed to have two workers show up between 8:00 and 9:00 in the morning. One worker named Anthony called me at 5:00 after 9:00 said he was out of town running late being 20 minutes. Same guy called me 20 minutes later and said he had to stop at a gas station to get air in his tire he'll be there in 10 minutes. Never heard from the guy never saw the guy tried to call him went straight to voicemail with no voicemail setup. Call the company they finally hooked me up with two other guys one guy got there at 11:00 one guy got there at 11:30. The guy that showed up at 11:00 worked really hard at first and the next thing he was throwing up in my kitchen sink. The other guy that showed up 11:30 was a hard worker and he did the best he can into the circumst. Very disappointed in the service that I received

Ryan Adkins and his partner were hard working, professional, communicative and personable. They took the initiative to sweep the floor after they moved something. I made a reservation for them specifically for the next day to finish the job.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will have great communication with the company. You'll receive top of the line dedicated Movers to help you professionally load your, pod containers, rental truck, semi-truck trailer or unloading help. We make sure customer receives 100% satisfaction.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call or text message the day before the move. The team leader will contact you the day of the move to let you know the expected arrival time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask for customer to have all boxes packed and ready. If tools are needed to disassemble furniture, please let us know ahead of time.
What types of moves have you handled?
Prestige Movers handles local & long distance moves (we love long distance), commercial, office, events, same place relocation, evictions, and much more.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
