The company manager was completely unprofessional when I spoke to him. They contacted me the morning of the move to inform of a “minor delay,” which ended up being many hours. I had to make a number of calls to get the four resources that I reserved, because only two movers arrived for the job. The manager only made excuses, he never apologized for a series of errors. The movers did a good job once they were all finally there. I will never use this company in the future based on my experience.

We recently drove from Richmond VA to Durham NC to pick up furniture from FB marketplace. The loaders in NC were late making us late getting back to VA. I called the owner of Prestige Movers who was unloading in VA to let him know and he thought I said his crew was late. He was so rude over text and on the phone and as of yet has not apologized. The guys that came to unload were Halo and his son Messiah from heavenlymovers. When I contacted them, they told me no worries on being late and then unloaded quickly while still being careful with my furniture. I will never use Presige movers again but have already asked heavenlymovers to move the rest of my furniture in 2 weeks

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will have great communication with the company. You'll receive top of the line dedicated Movers to help you professionally load your, pod containers, rental truck, semi-truck trailer or unloading help. We make sure customer receives 100% satisfaction.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call or text message the day before the move. The team leader will contact you the day of the move to let you know the expected arrival time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask for customer to have all boxes packed and ready. If tools are needed to disassemble furniture, please let us know ahead of time.
What types of moves have you handled?
Prestige Movers handles local & long distance moves (we love long distance), commercial, office, events, same place relocation, evictions, and much more.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
