I was very happy with this service. The two guys arrived on time (in fact, they were 20 minutes early), came prepared with their own dolly and tie downs, and were friendly and professional. Even moves over short geographical distances like mine have the potential to cause at least a few broken household items, but thankfully all my "stuff" arrived to the new house in its original condition.

We lined up Triangle Labor Services just a few days in advance of our move. Mark had other jobs as well, but juggled the schedule in order to help me. I am a 60 year old female asking for help loading a sixteen foot rental truck, not for my own home, but for my daughter, moving across the state. Mark contacted me twice previous to arriving at exactly the time I expected them. Mark and Lane never stopped long enough to even take a drink of water and loaded that truck in 2 1/2 hours! I appreciated their skill and expertise in loading the furniture and boxes to avoid shifting on our long haul. Everything was in place and in excellent condition when we unloaded on the other end. I will recommend them to everyone I know in the Chapel Hill area. Thank you, guys!

We hired the movers to unload our pack rat container. The container arrived 4 hours later than the outside estimate but Triangle kept in touch with me throughout the day and sent over two men to unload the container once it arrived. They set to work and completed the job in just over an hour. They were careful with our belongings and very helpful and courteous. This is a great service.

Ken and Josh were very communicative and came right on time. They came prepared with a dolly (even though I already had one) and worked hard to unload my entire 16' truck in less than 2 hours, they even had time to help my roommate move her bed. We call and at that time answer any questions the customer may have. We confirm our information ( date,time, address etc). We are happy to take calls and help resolve any issues between booking and the day of the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Politeness, efficiency, excellent communication. We listen to our customers and provide feedback and advice if necessary.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
They should make sure they have furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, rope or ratchet straps available for us to use. Also an uncluttered environment is ideal. Have boxes staged and furniture empty of breakables.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are experienced in all aspects of moving from simply rearranging someone’s home, loading up a college student to multi-million dollar homes.

Meeting new people and facing new challenges every day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members watch instructional videos and work beside experienced professionals, also we don’t hire someone without previous experience.
