They called me from the road with an estimated arrival time. When they arrived they got right to work. They were polite and considerate of our furnishings. No issues, and finished slightly ahead of schedule.

The crew showed up early! Already impressed. But that was only the tip of the iceberg. Moving a parent from home to assisted living is already stressful enough. The Helping Hand crew showed great patience with my Dad and the numerous add-ons of stuff to move. Despite the challenges the move was completed efficiently and all items made it over intact. I highly recommend them and will be using them again.

They did an excellent job packing my pod. I had too much stuff for one pod & Dave let me know that he had a truck & could pack the remainder of my things and deliver them. That gave me incredible relief because otherwise, I’d have had to have another pod delivered & hire staff again. This also saved me money. This being said, when my belongings are UNPACKED, I will see not only the skill of the workers hired for that end, but also the TRUE skill of the workers who packed the pod. Thanks to Dave & his crew!

Fantastic service that was recommended by Penske truck rental. Their communication is about the best I've ever had from a service company. They are on top of their game and take care of everything. From emails to texts to phone calls, their customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend their services. We rented a 26 foot truck and they had it loaded in two hours with a flight of stairs. The company that unloaded us took an hour.
