Overall nice and friendly, but lots of issues. They showed up at 9:17am when I had them scheduled at 10:00am and I wasn't even showered yet. They took 3 hours longer than were supposed to, which I had to pay for. They didn't follow most of my instructions, put more than 75% of the items in the wrong room, and refused to bring things in the house at a certain point and just left them in the garage, including large furniture that I can't move on my own. Would not hire again. If I'm going to pay over $1000 for someone to move my stuff, I expect at bare minimum that you bring furniture inside my house and put them in the correct areas.

After UHaul dropped the ball with a connecting moving service I signed up for, I called around and this was the only company able to help me last minute (day of my move). Ali and Rodney were very helpful, very pleasant/friendly, and dealt with all of my questionable packing with no complaints!
I would recommend or use this service again. :)

LB and Tripp were simply exceptional. Very friendly movers, they worked fast, but with care. They accommodated our needs with a few pieces of furniture needing some minor breaking down and reassembling later, they managed all of that and everything was just like before the move. Then kept making sure we were happy with anything remotely questionable throughout the loading or unloading when it came to where things should end up between the up and downstairs areas if we missed a label. If I needed anything moved I would always be happy to hear they were handling it.

They arrived on time. Worked hard, efficiently, and were very good at packing our big load in a small space. They wete so good dealing with our stuff, careful and mindful.

They were actually early and only took 30 minutes to do a job I figured would take two hours to do. They were pleasant and considerate and were humorous while they were working, I appreciated them greatly and would definitely use them again.

Above and beyond service! Moses assigned LB and crew to unload my 15' Uhaul. They came on-time and unpacked the UHaul - super fast!! They were so professional and handle every box/item with care! They were so fast that I got time back in my day to do a Costco run with the Uhaul before returning it. Thanks, Ultimate Movers, I will be sure to hire you again! THANK YOU!!! :)
