Originally pushed the move day a day back from what was scheduled because they said they didn’t confirm it even though we got a couple of confirmation emails. But they got us scheduled for the day after. Fast and we’re nice. Table got all scratched up but that was the only damage. One of the guys left after the truck was loaded, leaving us only with 2 people, but it still went fast. Overall satisfied.

It was a very hot day and they did a great job powering through the heat. I was slightly unhappy by a few things though — they swept trash out of the truck onto my sidewalk before moving anything out. So I need to clean that up. The truck wasn’t quite big enough to hold everything (though 99% got done). They also put a small hole in my bedroom door. Hopefully there is some insurance for this but need to check. When arrived at the new house, most everything was placed in the garage instead of the rooms the boxes were labeled to go into. However, that was somewhat practical since we were running to the edge of the 4 hour work window. They cost about 1/2 the amount of another competitor however ($1000 less). They were very nice and hard working folks though. Probably better to hire them for a full day and pay more so there’s enough time to get the job done.
