Moving is an extremely stressful time.... And, let's be honest, there are NOT a lot of reliable and trustworthy companies here in Las Vegas. I *ALWAYS* read reviews when I am looking for ANY type of hired help. My move wasn't anything extravagant, except that I had a 3 BR home that needed to fit into a 12' portable storage unit. This type of packing takes extreme precision, planning, and perfectly placed pieces. They were extremely respectful of my heirloom grandfather clock, along with the other contents of my home AND my home itself. They were careful when moving everything out, and I am extremely grateful to ERIC and BRIAN for the AWESOME job they did! My only complaint is that they will not be in our next location (out of state) to unpack it! Absolutely a 5 STAR team! Thank you SO MUCH for being GREAT at what you do!

Eric and Mimi loaded our Upack relocubes today and we could not be happier with the job they did. From the time we first booked, they were responsive to any questions we had and were super flexible with the date and time of our move (we had to change the day at one point). They were on time and were so friendly and professional. They took such great care of our furniture and belongings. The way they fit our one bedroom apartment into the cubes was nothing short of impressive. They were extremely efficient when it came to loading and packing the cubes safely and using the space the best way possible. They were an absolute pleasure and we will be recommending them to everyone we know. Thanks guys!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Relief & professionalism. They also can expect to get more items in their POD or Pack-rat / Rental Truck than they expected. They should expect to save a bunch of money on PODS and the Amount of PODS they need to move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A Early arrival & communication. A day %100 dedicated to getting their job done in a efficient time with no damages or mistakes.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure you have blankets! If you are renting a POD or Pack-Rat Be sure to tell them to throw 1-2 dozen blankets in the container before its delivered. Most of the time they don't even charge you. Also gather any washable blankets , sheets or towels we can use for protection... This way you don't have to break the bank on blankets. We also have started to use Boxes from Home depot. Lowes or Walmart. We can cut the boxes open and use them for TV crating, protection of Glass & Surfaces for stacking.
What types of moves have you handled?
NYC jewelry store to LA, NYC home building associations , residential moves, Las Vegas Convention Center (Santee Cosmetics), Oz mannequins + Commercial Appliance Moves. I also moved Rosie O'donnel & Michelle Rounds & many other celebs.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
New scenery & meeting cool. interesting nice people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We watch you tube moving self help videos to stay fresh & consider new techniques to add to our skill sets. We also stretch daily & incorporate cardio into our lives to stay conditioned.
