Would hire again. Unpacked a POD and moved existing items up and down the stairs. Professional and pleasant at all times. Took care with our items and even offered helpful suggestions on how to arrange some of the pieces. A large number of items needed to be place in the basement. Due to knee problems I was not able to go up and down to see how well they organized the items unsupervised. Pleasantly surprised when I finally did get down to see how well the items were stacked.

They called the day before to set up a time. They where on time. They wrapped up my furniture in blankets. They were very respectful of my home. They wanted to make sure I was happy.Asked if they could anything else before they left.Yes i would use them again

ASAP was called last minute to cover an emergency experienced by the original mover. ASAP took the job and assembled a crew to move us on the same day. The he crew was polite, professional, and very conscientious on making sure they did not damage anything. The crew had already completed a project on the opposite end of the state and still completed our job without one complaint, despite the long day. Communication was handled very well by Eric and his crew leader and we were advised of status before during and after the job.. We were without options and had to be out that day. ASAP exceeded our expectations and truly appreciate their efforts. I would hire them again in the future and recommend them to others.

It would have been an excellent job if one of the two helpers arrived 40 minutes late than was promised. We had a hard working helper sort of trying to cover the missing person. We were promised a hand truck, a rope and a mover's dolly. Only the dolly arrived. We could have used the rope to secure the belongings at the end of the loading but we ended up using what we had: a twine which is less than ideal. All in all, the move was completed within the scheduled time so it was okay.

The crew arrived on time and were excellent throughout the entire process. We had issues with the moving truck company that delayed the arrival of the truck, but the guys were great about it. They staged the furniture and moved more than half of the apartment in the stairwell landings, making the move quick and easy when the truck finally arrived. I lived in a three-story walkup and would recommend if you have difficult stairs. Thanks again for a solid job and making moving across the country less taxing.

My movers were almost two hours late. They called to ask if this would be ok, I said no, and they were late anyway due to car troubles. When they told me they were 25 minutes away, they were actually still an hour away. I ended up moving all of the smaller items down myself with my dad. Once the guys showed up they did get the heavy stuff down very quickly (3 flights of stairs). They were nice and professional and helped load it into our truck and made sure we fit it all in. If they had showed up on time it would've been great. The guys were on their phones a lot and clearly trying to rush off to their next apt. They gave me $25 off my fee for being late.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Relief & professionalism. They also can expect to get more items in their POD or Pack-rat / Rental Truck than they expected. They should expect to save a bunch of money on PODS and the Amount of PODS they need to move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A Early arrival & communication. A day %100 dedicated to getting their job done in a efficient time with no damages or mistakes.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure you have blankets! If you are renting a POD or Pack-Rat Be sure to tell them to throw 1-2 dozen blankets in the container before its delivered. Most of the time they don't even charge you. Also gather any washable blankets , sheets or towels we can use for protection... This way you don't have to break the bank on blankets. We also have started to use Boxes from Home depot. Lowes or Walmart. We can cut the boxes open and use them for TV crating, protection of Glass & Surfaces for stacking.
What types of moves have you handled?
NYC jewelry store to LA, NYC home building associations , residential moves, Las Vegas Convention Center (Santee Cosmetics), Oz mannequins + Commercial Appliance Moves. I also moved Rosie O'donnel & Michelle Rounds & many other celebs.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
New scenery & meeting cool. interesting nice people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We watch you tube moving self help videos to stay fresh & consider new techniques to add to our skill sets. We also stretch daily & incorporate cardio into our lives to stay conditioned.
