Eric and his helper, Charles, were awesome and great attitudes, worked fast and efficiently. Would ABSOLUTELY use them again and again. They were 4 hours late and did not put blankets over furniture did not have mattress covers and my bedroom furniture was damaged from the move would not recommend using these people to anyone

Johnny and Juan were amazing!! I was really in a pinch the morning I moved, the help that I had arranged backed out extremely last minute, so I called ASAP the morning of and they totally came through! They never stopped, and I live in a 4th floor walk up. I was astonished by there speed and energy. I will definitely call ASAP the next time I move!!

We would not recommend this moving company. Too many issues with our move!!!!!
Problem #1: They showed up 2 hours late. We had a specific move out window from our building.
Problem #2: One mover worked well and seemed to know what he was doing. The other mover seemed extremely inexperienced and held our job up with his lack of knowledge or drive to complete the job.
Problem #3: They did not wrap any of our stuff. When questioned about wrapping and expressing that we needed to get this job done quickly, the response was for us to wrap our own stuff. (The info about the movers states they wrap furniture and provide rope and wrap, none of which happened.) All of our other movers have expertly wrapped our furniture, without us asking.
Problem #4: After an 1800 mile drive across the country, we found 2 pieces of leather furniture and a wood book shelf that are damaged and unrepairable due to how they packed our uhaul.
Problem #5: Eric, was very pushy about receiving payment. We received multiple texts about payment and how many hours we would be charged for. Eric also wanted to charge us for extra time even though the movers were late, and they only worked for 2.5 hours.
The experience with ASAP movers made an already stressful situation much worse, and our entire day's travel plans had to be altered because they were late. Use at your own risk!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Relief & professionalism. They also can expect to get more items in their POD or Pack-rat / Rental Truck than they expected. They should expect to save a bunch of money on PODS and the Amount of PODS they need to move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A Early arrival & communication. A day %100 dedicated to getting their job done in a efficient time with no damages or mistakes.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure you have blankets! If you are renting a POD or Pack-Rat Be sure to tell them to throw 1-2 dozen blankets in the container before its delivered. Most of the time they don't even charge you. Also gather any washable blankets , sheets or towels we can use for protection... This way you don't have to break the bank on blankets. We also have started to use Boxes from Home depot. Lowes or Walmart. We can cut the boxes open and use them for TV crating, protection of Glass & Surfaces for stacking.
What types of moves have you handled?
NYC jewelry store to LA, NYC home building associations , residential moves, Las Vegas Convention Center (Santee Cosmetics), Oz mannequins + Commercial Appliance Moves. I also moved Rosie O'donnel & Michelle Rounds & many other celebs.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
New scenery & meeting cool. interesting nice people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We watch you tube moving self help videos to stay fresh & consider new techniques to add to our skill sets. We also stretch daily & incorporate cardio into our lives to stay conditioned.
