The guys were friendly and respectful. They were able to strategically move my stuff into a very small space and even offered to help me drive the van, which I appreciated. A few things that went wrong: they didn't bring any furniture pads and my stuff didn't exactly feel protected. They dropped a box of vinyl records marked "fragile" on its head, which freaked me out. I was their last job of the day, and I think as a result they just wanted to hurry up and finish. I ended up booking more time than I needed and there are no refunds. A few things got left behind because I forgot to remind them of what needed to be moved. And finally, I can't prove it was them, but my favorite pair of Rayban sunglasses mysteriously disappeared during the move. Maybe I dropped them but I never lose anything, so who knows.

The guys at Strong Arm Movers were great! I was on a tight schedule & needed movers to unload my Pod before I went to work. I requested a 6am start, I heard their van roll up at 5:45am as I was rolling out of bed, & sure enough I got their call at 6am sharp saying they were outside. They came prepared w/ dolly's, they were hard working, efficient, took great care of my belongings, were polite, & finished the job well within our 2 hr timeframe (w/time to spare). I'd hire them again & would happily recommend them to friends.

These guys wirked tirelessly!! They never stopped!! It was a hard move because my pod was very far away from my apt but the guys had a great attitude and worked great together. These guys were great. I used them to move us out of our house and into our apartment. Due to an unfortunate situation, we had to move out of the apartment so we used them again. They were on time and ready to work. They hustle and pack efficiently. I would definitely use them again.

Great movers. They (2 movers) showed up a little bit early but it worked out since they were able to help me finish packing my remaining boxes. My move presented them with a pretty awful unloading situation (downtown LA, film crew had shut down nearby parking), but they handled it with the utmost professionalism and expediency. I would use them again.
