They were patient with me when I wasn't sure where I wanted things placed in the new home. They even hauled away some of the trash and boxes at the end!

Overall a great experience. They were well-organized, friendly and efficient. They did a good job helping me assemble my furniture.
They were about 15 minutes late, but kept me updated about their status.
They were mainly respectful of our property and goods, although they did drop one item of furniture that caused some dents in the wall.

A little late to the job, but they more than made up for it with their quick and efficient unloading of a full truck. Said to arrive between four and five and got there a little after 5. They came prepared with their own moving materials (dollys), and had to navigate stairs, elevators and tight corridors with big furniture and tons of boxes; they communicated and were very gentle and careful with all of my items. They were done in an hour and a half. They also provided tips for returning the rental truck which helped save money. Very satisfied customer.
