The crew was wonderful! I had to book them last-minute under emergency circumstances. They were respectful, professional, and fast. They worked through the intense summer heat without complaint. Even though there was a miscommunication about bringing furniture pads, they took extra care to ensure my belongings were not scratched or damaged in any way. Very happy that they were there to help me!

The 3 young men, John, James, & Ishmael, who showed up to help load our truck were GREAT! They were personable, hard-working, & professional. I would give each of them 5 stars+. However, we contracted for four workers for four hours, & unfortunately only the 3 showed up, and though they worked hard, being a man short, it took them a full extra hour to complete the job. This was not the fault of the crew doing the job, but hireahelper.com should have been responsible to provide a replacement worker & get the job done in the contacted time period of four hours. The manpower deficit set us back a full hour+ on our departure time. On the positive side, the young men who did come, showed up on time, took great care of our property, worked very hard, and I would highly recommend each one of them.

John and his helper were excellent. They both did a terrific job hauling my daughters couch up the stairs. They even went the extra effort to carry a few more items into the apartment. They were also very polite and courteous. I would highly recommend them.
