So wish there were not problems with this service. Met Yosio pre-move asked him to assess my items to determine if I needed an additional POD. He showed up as he said he would, noted the quality of items (lots of framed bubble wrapped art pieces), we agreed that another pod would be best to pack things safely.
Moving day, young men (they were nice young men) arrived, (without YOSIO). They did not work well together, had an ineffective lead person, were noisy, used inappropriate language, and generally were not sufficiently experienced to pack the POD. Two days before Thanksgiving, I tried to work with them; requested that they use the many pads we had to wrap furniture, and items previously shrinker or bubble wrapped... etc. Ultimately, I stopped them from working - they were wasting space, I feared things would arrived damaged. Upon assessing their workmanship, I saw that framed pictures were simply thrown into the POD on top of things; PODS were poorly packed. Got another company to unpack and repack the entire load - sofa was torn... Yosio and I came to an accommodation to resolve this bizarre level of service; it was quite inconsistent from his reviews. He has expanded/moved to Vegas; likely needs greater supervision for his LA workers.

I called on last minute notice to have 2 men help load and unload our rental truck and within 2 hours they were at my door ready to help. The two men were very pleasant to work with. They were very well organized and respectful of my property. They worked hard without lingering. Well worth the money. I would definitely use them again.
