They called me from the road with an estimated arrival time. When they arrived they got right to work. They were polite and considerate of our furnishings. No issues, and finished slightly ahead of schedule.

Very friendly! They called when they were on the way, and when they got there, they got out of the truck and introduced themselves. John reviewed everything I wanted packed into my POD with me, then they got to work. Along the way, they stopped and asked questions when they had them (once or twice), and they got done on time and did an awesome job. We will be using them again to load our second POD.

The crew showed up early! Already impressed. But that was only the tip of the iceberg. Moving a parent from home to assisted living is already stressful enough. The Helping Hand crew showed great patience with my Dad and the numerous add-ons of stuff to move. Despite the challenges the move was completed efficiently and all items made it over intact. I highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Diego and his team were absolutely amazing! Very hard working and treated the homes (walls, etc.) with care! They unloaded a complete truck full of furniture for a home staging project with efficiency and made sure to treat the items carefully. They unloaded all the items and had them placed in the four-bedroom home within just a few hours! I can't say enough good things about their work and would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Fantastic service that was recommended by Penske truck rental. Their communication is about the best I've ever had from a service company. They are on top of their game and take care of everything. From emails to texts to phone calls, their customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend their services. We rented a 26 foot truck and they had it loaded in two hours with a flight of stairs. The company that unloaded us took an hour.

Dan and his movers were EXCELLENT!!! They arrived early, ready to work, and were such a joy to have that moving didn't even feel like a chore! Even after everything was said and done they still offered their services to tie up loose ends. To be honest, they were such a pleasure it made us want to move AGAIN! The young men who came and packed my pod were amazing! They showed up with smiles and a “can do” attitude that helped put me to ease. I was worried about having a lot of stuff but they got straight to work and packed everything up rather swiftly. They were care to avoid hitting things on edges and walls while moving stuff and they managed to fit everything in one pod! I’ll definitely be recommending Direct Movers to my friends & family.

Our crew was great, kept moving, and worked smoothly together, i would use them again and recommend them. My only complaint was their 60 minute late arrival to unload my rental truck which made it impossible to return on time.
