Most amazing moving experience. Not only were they super fast and careful but did an unbelievable job jigsawing our stuff into a small Pod. We are beyond impressed and would recommend them highly.

The movers were good, but my problem was I prepaid for 4 hours and when they did the job in 2 and half hours, HireAHelper wouldn’t refund me back the difference! Ridiculous business model and I won’t use this service ever again!!!

The workers were quick and tried their best to be efficient; however, they damaged two costly items. One is an antique box that stored silver flatware, and they dented my new stainless steel refrigerator. They took photos of the damage and said I would hear from the company. The company never called, so I sent an e-mail informing them of the damages and to resolve the issue. I was told by Frank, the manager, that my photos and the photos the workers took of the damages were not sufficient evidence that they did the damage, and offered $50. When I said that $50 is not enough to repair or replace the damages, I was told, "their insurance is .60 per pound per item." They do not carry the proper insurance to cover any damages that their employees cause. What does .60 per pound per item even mean? That sound absurd to me, so they can break a three thousand dollar item that weighs only two pounds and you will only be given $120, that makes zero sense. Do not use Rigo's!!!!!!!!!

Hello Regina, We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your move. As we discussed in the emails, we apologize the solution we tried to give was not up to your satisfaction. We do have to take in consideration that our movers conducted your move in the most professional way despite the miscommunication of the items you pertained that should have been dealt with extra delicacy, such as your antique silverware. There are certain precautions and charges that must be done when dealing with items that are antique. You did state that you believe the plastic wrap used to wrap the door of the fridge may have caused the dent due to where the dent is located, it is not possible for plastic wrap to dent stainless steel. We have dealt with same type of fridges in other moves and never had there been a complaint of dents being made by plastic wrap. The emails you sent over, show that you are not certain of whether that dent was actually made by our movers or not, simply assuming that plastic wrap could have been at fault. The way the fridge was loaded on to the truck show that they were placed in safely proper manner. In regards to what we stated of the photos taken by the movers, the photos taken during your move, displayed a proper organization of your loaded belongings. Let us clarify, the way your belongings were loaded and stacked should have not resulted in the damages you state were done by our movers, that is what we meant when saying there was no sufficient evidence.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.

What training do you provide your crew members?

We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.

Face coverings and gloves:
The health of our customers and employees is our top priority We provide Face Mask, Gloves, Hand Sanitizer and any other Safety equipment on every job., (always included, no fee)
Hand tools for assembly:
We provide basic Heavy Duty Tools, (always included, no fee)
Hand truck:
We provide a Heavy Duty Hand Truck, (always included, no fee)
Plastic wrap:
We provide plastic wrap for 2-3 furniture items, any additional plastic wrap used will be a $35.21 dollar charge., ($35.21/ea.)
Rope:
We always provide straps to load/unload (we will need them back or a fee will be applied), If is Load only we recommend you to ask about our packing materials prices., ($7.04/ea.)
