Called me to confirm. Arrived in time as agreed. They were prepared, polite and respectful of my property. They worked quickly and efficiently. I would use them again and highly recommend this team.

The movers that came out from Rigo’s did a really good job and the communication from their scheduler was good too. The reason for the lower rating is because of the way I was billed. I needed help unloading a 16 foot pod. I didn’t know how much labor was needed so I booked 2 helpers for 3 hours each. The job took them an hour. When they finished they explained they have a 2 hour minimum - so I was ok with that. They further explained that I would not be charged for the 3rd hour. However, when I was contacted by hireahelper they told me that after speaking with Rigo’s their policy is no refunds (even after I was told I would not be charged for the 3rd hour). Rigo’s had the opportunity to do the right thing and refund my $112, but didn’t. I would not recommend Rigo’s based on their business ethics/practices - there are too many other options out there.
First and foremost we apologize for any inconvenience. We will like to inform you that the policy that Hire Helper is not under our own policy. We are more of a field guy company. In these situations you would need to contact Hire Helper in regards to the charges made. For labor purposes you would contact our company. Hire Helper is in charge of the payments and we receive what they send us afterwards. We believe you should contact Hire Helper to ask or go through this matter.

The movers did a good job and were very professional.
However, the payment processing was rather confusing at the end and the company got over on me by charging me an extra hour. After completing a cross country move, I am too tired to continue going back and forth with the office to resolve this matter. Therefore, I will not use this company again nor recommend them to anyone.
Again, the movers were fine but the extra charge of an hour was calculated based on when I recognized an electronic notification that needed my signature came through in a text. I was not aware that was the time stamp saying that I was signing off on an extra hour because I recognized the notification an hour after the move was completed. I had various moving parts happening that day and realized the notification an hour later. I tried to contact the office but no one ever returned my call. I am totally disappointed in this technological method of signing off and no advanced verbal correspondence was had that this is how they would confirm the end stamped time. This is information that should be discussed at the time of booking and making it known to look for a notification that would be sent electronically to time stamp the end of the move.

They showed up on time but tactics to get more money out of us were in play. One, I was not warned of the need for overtime until one minute before. Even five minute warning would have been respectful. And, the foreman attempted to charge us for a full hour of overtime with only 20 minutes spent. Also, I provided plastic to wrap and was charged for plastic. My plastic was not moved. Drink cans and an orange peel were left after the crew departed. The packing into the container was well done. But, with four workers I’d have expected more efficiency.
Bottom line, I don’t like surprises. They can do better. I called and the extra charges for plastic is still being investigated. Rigio didn’t want to talk about it, but HireAHelper took the information. Still unresolved.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
