My arrival time window was between 9-10 AM and they arrived at 9:15, which was fantastic. They were very fast and efficient, and also pleasant and respectful. My bed needed to be disassembled and assembled (and it's IKEA, so lots of parts) and they mastered it with ease (well, it looked that way to me!). I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.
