Had to reschedule time of arrival for the movers due to a HUGE debacle with the delivery of the PackRat container. This was a cross country move from NV to VA - anything that could go wrong, did go wrong. So with that being said, I called Ali and told him of our dilemma and apologized profusely - he was able to push back the time of the movers to accommodate the revised ETA of the container. The movers showed up at the new scheduled timeslot (on time). The container arrived within 15 minutes of the movers and everyone got to work. They were prompt, friendly, hardworking and got the container unloaded within the 2 hour timeframe as this was a same date delivery and return for the PackRat container due to apartment complex not allowing overnight parking. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You for doing a great job.
