The team was awesome. They were on time. Definitely prepared for the job. This all includes hitting a snag with the new driveway being too steep. Which I didn't realize was too steep either. They stated if they knew they would have brought two smaller trucks. If I had known, definitely would have said something so they could prepare. They were a bit exasperated this new snag, the driveway is also long, and it was hot on top of it so I don't blame them. But this team pressed on with the unloading with the truck at the bottom of the driveway. They unloaded it until the truck was light enough to back up the driveway. And once the truck was, they moved it up closer to the house. Then they were back at their normal (think fast) pace. They didn't give up, didn't stop. And as hot as it was, didn't get careless and were very respectful. Yes I would use them again.

Taylor and Jake did a good job unloading our 16' Pod; however, they were an hour late getting here. They were respectful of our property and goods and most polite. Yes, we would use them again.

This was part 2 of our move, this time it was all furniture from a 4 bedroom house & some boxes moving 12 miles. 4 guys showed up on time, ready to load the rented 26' Budget truck that we rented. We contracted Best Movers for 11 hours to do the move & they did it in 10. All of our items didn't fit in the truck, but it was close. The guys had great attitudes all day long. Our furniture is big & very heavy so we knew it would take a long time to load & unload including stairs based on past moves. They disassembled 1 bed as well. We had to rent more furniture pads as we ran out as our stuff is big & we wanted it protected. We did purchase plastic wrap & tape from them at a reasonable cost. We have had our household goods moved many times by the big major moving companies over the last 20 years. This crew with Best Movers did just as good of a job for less money. I highly recommend.

I hired 3 movers for 3 hrs and inquired at booking if I should have 3 vs 4 movers for 3 hrs or greater. I was told only 3 were available and that the time allotted may not be enough time. I explained the importance of being out that day as walk through was early the next am. I inquired if I should book them earlier and was told they were not available before 5pm. This mover advertised times until 11pm. I was told sometimes they don't work late due to neighbor complaints. I assured them noise wouldn't be an issue and i needed completion that night. Movers arrived around 5:30pm and the lead started complaining about the size of move upon walking into the home. The lead turned out to be owner and he could not stop complaining the entire time. His crew left at 4 hrs and did not complete the move. I had to scramble at 6 am the next morning to hire day laborers to quickly finish the move from the prior night.
The movers are hired for their expertise and experience. If they could not complete the job they should have declined the job. Very negative attitude.
We did the 3 hours as we agree, and additional hour, it was 9:30 pm, and you still doing packing, we finished all furniture load, nothing lift except the boxes you were working on it, we did 26' truck full, from 3 level townhouse with 4 flight of stairs.
Second, you called us last minute to help you loading your truck after your movers cancel on you... why you forgot everything good we did and you remember just small issue and give us 2 stars, it's just not fair, and it was my fault by accepting misleading orders by saying your move is ready but you are not ready, my advice to you don't wait to the last minute to pack and move fully furnished unorganized townhouse.

The team from Best Movers were courteous, prompt, efficient, careful and focused on the job. They called in advance of their arrival keeping us informed of their eta. Once they arrived, they got right down to business. The van was quickly loaded and unloaded at the new location. We would be happy to use Best Movers again.

Great group of 4 guys, unloaded 2, 12' uhaul trucks in less than 2 hours, most of it going to the second floor. They were hard workers & took care in unloading our boxes. Highly recommend.
