Arrived 2 hours late!!!!
No apology upon arrival, regretfully stated to work slowly.
Had to guide workers, did not listen well, at times no reply to me, so I didn’t know if he heard me. At end he was overly nice ( … awaiting review?)

The guys were kind and worked so hard that they finished before the end of their start window! It was very hot and humid today, but they didn’t complain once. My belongings were handled with care and I felt 100% comfortable having them in my home. I’m so glad I spent the money to hire them instead of struggling to DIY.
