I would like to thank you for taking time out of the day to leave us a review. I assure you as we have discussed via text already disgust and does not drink due to medical issues. They were following right behind. You stopped at the gas station and get Powerade and water before they got to the next location. Based on the conversation I had with you as well as a team, you are very combative and insistent on us breaking our own policies and procedures with multiple incidences as well as being very disrespectful. I have talked with you several times as well as my team and I'm still trying to piece together everything that occurred that that day. And if the team member did raise his voice is it was because he was trying to be cool, calm and collective. Trying to explain that they can do this and cannot do that and trying to reinforce our policies and procedures that you were constantly trying to get us to break. You were failing to comprehend about all the stuff you were asking us. We cannot do and I wish these these were brought to my attention before the completion of the move cuz I would have diffuse the situation I would have been more than happy to possibly send another team out or make other arrangements. No one brought any of these to my attention until after the move. There's very little I could do after the move once The move has been completed. Thank you and I really hope you do have a great day.
