Matt and Terrence were on time, and despite the insane heat index, they got us unloaded to a third-floor apartment, and under an hour. They definitely went above, and beyond all all sharing a smile. Thanks so much. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Bend Lift and Move LLC. The team was on time, were hard working, and did an outstanding job unloading our furniture. They moved the furniture with care and were conscious about not hitting any doors or walls. Bend Lift and Move promptly notified me to confirm the appointment as well as reminders as the appointment approached.

Overall good job! We did have two out of the four movers arrive one hour late, however, the first two did a very good job. Once the other two arrived they were moved a bit quicker and finished unloading the truck. I emailed customer service, and they made it right by adjusting the overall charge. I would use them again and would recommend using these moving company.

One (or more) movers was not respectful of our property: throwing things into the truck without any regard to whether it was fragile or not. They were more concerned about getting the job done quickly and going home than doing the job well. We payed for 2 hours and they did the job so quickly they were done in 1 hour; they could have taken the time to ensure things were secure in the truck and been more careful with furniture and fragile objects. They also argued among themselves on how best to load the truck, which was quite unprofessional. I do not recommend this service and will not be using them again.

I would like to thank you for taking your time to leave us a review. And I would like to also apologize for any and all inconveniences. I do wish some things issues were brought to my attention during the move so I could have talked to my team and And I could have resolved any issues on a job site. The the older gentleman was there to train in the two new hires. That's why there was an extra set of hands with no additional charge. He was instructing them on how to properly pack and load a truck. I do apologize if they were arguing a month themselves. This is a training exercise. As far as the timing, I do have it. The time log as an hour and 20 minutes. Typically 16 ft truck moves do not take too long again. I would have revised them to take more time since it was training exercise. If there is any damages, would you please take a moment of time and send them to me and I'll be happy to look over it and so we can resolve this issue. Thank you and have a great day!

Travis and Justin were so pleasant to work with. They unloaded 3 storage cubes in sweltering heat in record time - 1 hour! They are a credit to Bend Lift and Move LLC. I would highly recommend their services.
