I do allow my teams to take breaks around every island every hour to relieve themselves or have a cigarette inside their vehicle or near it as well as frequently take breaks for water. This is a very strenuous job. It's very important that we say hydrated. I know in the colder months it is hard to get into the grove of things until you get warmed up. As far as the slippers are concerned, I have seen those shoes before and those are the the snook shoes which I do allow. I do want my teams to be comfortable as possible. Boots or actual shoes are preferred. As far as the cannabis consumption, I will have a talk with the team. I cannot control what they do in their own personal time but it is friend upon to be under the influence of anything while on a job and I will make sure I have a talking to the team about your above concerns.
