We hired 3 workers for 3 h, but it did not complete packing stuffs for moving trucks. They were less energetic for completion and really less motivated. They were trying prioritizing small and light boxes and stuffs for moving. We needed to make a clear direction for prioritizing heavy things such as TV or dining tables. We should have prepared more detailed plan for completion and managing the whole work. So I have to say this is 1 star rating.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will give you a confirmation call the night before. On the day of the move, we will give you a call a little bit earlier in the morning just to make sure everything went swell with the truck pick-up. Then we will promptly meet you at your place of service.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
All boxes must be pack, and main furniture disassembled.
