When I booked with United Movers my communications told me they would arrive between 7am and 8am. I received a text the morning of saying they would arrive between 8am and 9am. They arrived at 9:10am. The men were nice and they were prepared for the job and worked hard and efficiently. I was booked for three hours with them, so was excited that they did a diligent job in two hours. Doesn't matter, though, you still PAY for three hours. Not too happy about that. I also don't mind giving out water because it's June in the South. But didn't know I would be supplying 9 bottles of water and after they left, picking up the empty bottles that were just tossed about the home. Along with piles of paper towels (that were from my roll) filled with their sweat. Seriously? I'm hoping they packed the truck well, so can't comment on damaged goods because of packing. I always try to find the good in everyone, but the things mentioned above cause me to leave four stars.

The crew arrived early ready to work. We started with a walk-through so I could point out what was going and what was staying and they asked very relevant questions repeating what I said to be sure they were following. They completely handed bagging up my mattress and box springs with the bags I purchased nd disassembled my bed - which I had no expectation of nor had to ask. They graciously accommodated my color-coded labels as to what I wanted at the rear of the truck vs the front to make my unloading at multiple locations easier. They worked hard, fast, were respectful of my property, and sensitive to my situation. I would definitely hire them again. Thanks!

United Movers arrived at our house on time and did a great job. Bradley even called to say they could arrive a little early if we were ready. The guys were very professional, courteous, and extremely respectful of our property. Today was one of the hottest days of the summer thus far and it didn't seem to slow them down. They worked hard the whole time and seemed eager to please. I would absolutely recommend Bradley and his crew and will call on them in the future if I have the need for additional with moving.

These guys were amazing! I was worried everything wasn’t going to fit in my POD, and they miraculously fit everything, even things I thought I was going to have to sell or donate. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will give you a confirmation call the night before. On the day of the move, we will give you a call a little bit earlier in the morning just to make sure everything went swell with the truck pick-up. Then we will promptly meet you at your place of service.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
All boxes must be pack, and main furniture disassembled.
