The movers were nice enough and handled my items ok, but the issue was they were late. I received a text near the end of my hour window that they would be late. They were prepared in that they had their own equipment. I'd probably give them another chance if I was moving again.

The men that did our unload were very friendly and helpful, although the Hirea Helper group failed to tell us that if the 2 hrs calculated for the job took longer then the men had to leave and we would have to get another group to finish the job. This was ridiculous so my wife and I had to finish unloading the truck

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will give you a confirmation call the night before. On the day of the move, we will give you a call a little bit earlier in the morning just to make sure everything went swell with the truck pick-up. Then we will promptly meet you at your place of service.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
All boxes must be pack, and main furniture disassembled.
