The movers did an excellent job in loading my rental truck. Loading was fast with no problems. They the truck efficiently. I was worried that I would not have enough room but the TC Express people were able to fit everything. I highly recommend them.

Originally given 5 stars, but after they asked me to write the review it went downhill.
- Brad and his team were friendly and polite, and moved with purpose. We appreciated this.
- Moving Staffers recommended we purchase 3 hours for our move, so we did. TC Express shows 2 hours is the minimum they book.
- The moving team took 1 hour to complete the POD loading. They told me we could call management at TC Express and get our third hour refunded. This is understandable as we knew the minimum was a 2 hour job.
- TC Express refuses to refund the third hour and showed no flexibility. $175 was taken from us for zero labor (even though they already earned 2 hours pay on a 1 hour job)
- Moving team was unwilling to come back and help out with additional moving labor to fulfill hours 2 and 3.
- Moving Staffers customer support did not fight on our behalf at all with TC Express to get our third hour refunded.
Be very careful how much you pay ahead for TC Express' service and do not expect Moving Staffers customer support to try and help much.

They did a good job but because of circumstances beyond their control and the distance from Nashville they were late but stayed the whole 4 hours til job was complete.

I must say Bradley Jackson and his team did a great job. Very attentive to our needs, great communications during the hurricane rains and reschedule. They were very careful removing every piece of furniture as well as packing. They completed the load out under the time and were very polite. Also the corporate communications about the reschedule and cost adjustments were amazing. I highly recommend them and will use them to move us out of our storage into our new built home in Mid November. Currently using Pack Rat containers hoping all goes well with pickup and storage for the next 6 weeks.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will give you a confirmation call the night before. On the day of the move, we will give you a call a little bit earlier in the morning just to make sure everything went swell with the truck pick-up. Then we will promptly meet you at your place of service.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
All boxes must be pack, and main furniture disassembled.
