I trusted they're were capable of packing the moving pod in a way that furniture would not be damaged; the back of my entertainment unit and printer table popped off during transit due to the weight of the bins, other items were stacked; lots of nails from the damage were on the floor of the pod.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will give you a confirmation call the night before. On the day of the move, we will give you a call a little bit earlier in the morning just to make sure everything went swell with the truck pick-up. Then we will promptly meet you at your place of service.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
All boxes must be pack, and main furniture disassembled.
