Great support! We were hoping to unload the remainder of our 2 16” pod containers ourselves. But we ran out of time! We contacted Moving labor Helpers and John 3:16 Movers to move the heavy items. They came out right away! They worked around all of our inside painting activities. Our items were well cared for. It was a great move and day! Thank you so much!!

You cannot count on this company! This was my first time using hire a helper, and they assigned John 3:16 to move 1 piece of furniture. Everything was set up and I arrived at destination #1 with my van rental only to get a call from John 3:16 that they are running a little behind. After they did not show in the allotted window 11-12, I called and they said it would be another 20 minutes. 25 minutes later I called and they said they were still pretty far away (apparently they were coming from Indiana!!!). They were so late the rest of my day was a disaster- i didn’t eat, was late for work, and had to pay extra for my rental. And he had the audacity to tell me as we are trying to finish up, knowing that I was running late for work, that he thinks my dresser was technically an oversized item, but he was gonna let me slide. He should have been apologizing profusely! Never again!
