These guys were fast, not wasting any time. All of our things were fully secured in our Pod 16x8x8 container using our own ratchet straps by the movers. Very polite team that showed up early. Highly recommend.

I did advise that I had one flight of stairs to my house and the house was two story. The crew seemed surprised and unhappy with having to go up stairs. They kept complaining about me taking too much and that I would be over the weight allowed in the container for Pack Rat. So I was unable to pack the pod with all of my belongings. When Pack Rat arrived they said I was very under the weight requirement and allowed me to add what they left behind. The older gentleman worked hard, the younger mover did less and refused to wear a mask. I personally would not use Pro Load Movers again.

The crew arrived a little after 11 am. I went around the house and pointed out the items that we wanted loaded into the storage container. They had everything moved within 30 minutes. They were very careful moving all of the items.

We are so thankful for ProLoad and sending us Carlos and Brian. We thought we had it pretty much together-but thought some help with the heavy items would be good. Carlos and Brian were a little early, respectful of us and our belongings and were total pros in protecting our items and packing the truck to maximum capacity. We scheduled them for 2 hours, but ended up using them for a total of 3. Well worth the money. We moved 120 miles away and when we unpacked everything was in excellent condition. We also used the same service at our new location for unloading the truck. Outstanding service all around!
