Issues we had with service.
1. Movers showed up more than 2 hours late and didn't even bother to notify us that they were running late. We thought no one was going to show up on moving day.
2. Movers took masks off for a majority of the move-in the middle of a pandemic and in a state where masks are required! My husband and I were home and helping and both of us had our masks on the entire time. It was disrespectful, and put us at risk that they were not wearing their masks in our home while we were working with them.
3. These were not professional movers. We could have had our friends come over and move faster and pack better. After they left my husband and I had to reorganize a good amount of stuff they put in our POD because it was so poorly packed.
4. They ruined one of our pieces of furniture by stripping the screws.
All in all bad service. I would have rather not had them here at all given the entire experience. I would not ever use this moving service again.

Excellent service. They showed on time and worked non stop for the entire 2 hours I needed them to move my stuff from a PODS to my apartment. They were polite and took great care not to "rough handle" my furniture. Great job....highly recommend.

Wonderful experience! Our helper was prompt, friendly, worked quickly but carefully moving our items, shared advice for the best way to load, and made sure we were all set. Would hire again!

We had a number of problems with this company. First, we were assigned one mover and coordinated with them. Then the morning of the move we had another mover contact us saying they were coming at a different time which created confusion. Second, they tried to sell us tape, Saran Wrap, boxes etc. before they even made it inside. Third, immediately upon entering before stepping through the foyer they said there was no way it could all fit and asked what we would be willing to leave behind. When I made suggestions of how to more efficiently pack he’d told me it wasn’t his first time doing this. We ended up having to leave two pieces of furniture behind due to poor packing efficiency. They also put boxes sideways and some boxes were torn open with the tie ropes. Finally, they spent a lot of time wrapping cheaper furniture and not wrapping the expensive stuff. They said at the beginning they could stay late if 4 hours wasn’t enough but they spent so much time wrapping, at 3.5 hours it looked like they would run out of time and they said they couldn’t stay later. They had moved all the boxes first leaving heavy furniture behind with no more blankets even when we asked those pieces of furniture be wrapped and moved earlier. Two stars because nothing in boxes was broken but there was grease left on my favorite chair and blood left another item.
