I hired Speed Loaders one day in advance. They unloaded my pod and assembled my furniture quickly. They were professional and handled all my house hold goods with care. I’d definitely recommend them and use this service again.

Called to confirm the day before and to let me know when they planned to arrive within the scheduled one-hour window day-of, as well as when they were 15 minutes out. I really appreciated the communication. Arrived promptly and got right to work. Very respectful and helpful throughout and worked very efficiently. Went the extra mile to help me put on furniture covers, which I hadn’t done yet when they arrived. Would recommend/use again.

Alex and Prentis were super professional and helpful. I thought my trailer would be packed and have leftover stuff, but they got everything into the front half! I had extra room for my woodshop tools. Great attitudes too. Made my day.

They arrived on time and got right to work.
One of the helpers was ill but gave his best effort. He pooped out after 3.5 hours and our customer needed to help the remaining helper finish. We were charged for 7 hours for two helpers. When we only had one helper for 3.5 hours and the other for 5.5 hours. After contacting Hire A Helper we were able to get some of the money refunded but not all. Overall the job got finished without any damage. And a happy ending.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We call the customer to verify the information provided within 24 hours. At that time we find out the details of the move in order to assist the customer in knowing the materials they will need to prevent scratches and scars. We also call our customers the day before the job in case they are faced with unforeseen changes that require time changes.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a crew that has moving techniques and customer service skills. We bring dollies and a tool kit that includes a drill. We are your personal movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Tell your Move Coordinator the details of your moving needs. Speed loaders reaches out to customers prior to move day to assist them with information that lessens the stress.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have experience with household, commercial, international, senior assisted communities and schools. We load/unload/pack/unpack trucks and containers. We move all kinds of pianos including grand and baby grand pianos. We also move gun safes. We are the movers that have Quality assurance managers that are here for logistical questions. We work with real estate brokers move out one customer and moving in the new home owners. We also assist in staging homes that are for sale

What training do you provide your crew members?
We only hire experienced crew members. We train our guys on what our providers require. Our policies require that crew members pad on all 6 sides of a piece of furniture. We take pictures as we load and unload. These pictures are evaluated as the move goes. If something is not done correctly the crew chief is called.
