Slow. Slow. Slow. Speed loaders in banged up van and in their late 60's. They stacked dining room chairs scratching tops. We re configured part of the pod. Would never recommend.

The crew, a grandfather and his grandson, were horrendous. They were tasked to load a refrigerator, a washer/dryer, a 26 gallon compressor onto a pickup truck. Under the direction of the grandfather they damaged the front door and possibly the refrigerator. The grandson was/is a good kid and was following directions. I would strongly advise staying away from this crew.

Tracy and Angel were excellent, can't say enough about these guys. They were professional, moved efficiently and were extremely careful to protect our things before, during and after the move (I had a half-ful bag of BBQ briquets and they even folded and taped the bag shut). I am in the real estate profession and will be referring my home-buying clients to Speed Loaders with confidence.

We hire three gentlemen from Speed Loaders. They arrived on Tim prepared to unload our POD’s. They worked diligently with us to place the furniture around the house. We needed to install felt pads on some items to protect our new wood floors and they were more than helpful. They took care not to damage any pieces and gave thoughtful suggestions to help the whole process.
I would not hesitate to recommend them and would engage them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We call the customer to verify the information provided within 24 hours. At that time we find out the details of the move in order to assist the customer in knowing the materials they will need to prevent scratches and scars. We also call our customers the day before the job in case they are faced with unforeseen changes that require time changes.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a crew that has moving techniques and customer service skills. We bring dollies and a tool kit that includes a drill. We are your personal movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Tell your Move Coordinator the details of your moving needs. Speed loaders reaches out to customers prior to move day to assist them with information that lessens the stress.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have experience with household, commercial, international, senior assisted communities and schools. We load/unload/pack/unpack trucks and containers. We move all kinds of pianos including grand and baby grand pianos. We also move gun safes. We are the movers that have Quality assurance managers that are here for logistical questions. We work with real estate brokers move out one customer and moving in the new home owners. We also assist in staging homes that are for sale

What training do you provide your crew members?
We only hire experienced crew members. We train our guys on what our providers require. Our policies require that crew members pad on all 6 sides of a piece of furniture. We take pictures as we load and unload. These pictures are evaluated as the move goes. If something is not done correctly the crew chief is called.
