I had trouble reaching them at first. I ended up calling HireAHelper and then finally got a call back the day before the job to make sure they were actually coming and at what time. I had to take some time off my new job to meet them at 10 AM, which would've been fine... except they didn't show at 10. I called at 10:30 and was told they were having trouble with the dispatcher and were picking up equipment in 20 minutes. All right, stuff happens, maybe they'd show up around 11:15-11:30. 11:30 comes around. I call again. Twice. No answer. I get a text saying that they're picking up equipment and apologize for the delay. A little before 1 PM two guys show up saying that some other guys didn't show, and they seemed as uninformed as I was on the situation. My wife and I had moved a bunch of little stuff on our own at this point, and she oversaw the bigger stuff while I went back to work because it had already been nearly 3 hours past when I expected them. Some stuff got misplaced around the house, but overall the guys that ended up showing up were good people and we got everything done that we were hoping to. I got 20% off for the delay, which I certainly appreciate, but between the extremely poor and scattered communication and the enormous delay in what was a tight schedule for me, I don't think I'll be using them again after the stress-fest that day turned out to be. To be fair, I'm 90% sure this is the exception given the other glowing reviews, so if you're considering them don't let this deter you too much.

I would definitely use Tri-County Movers again. They were professional and totally respected of all my furnishings. They made this part of my move extremely pleasant and not stressful at all. They definitely did it in a timely manner and I just let them do their job. Perfectly. Thank you.....Sallie

Ron and Ryan were two of the hardest working people I have met. On a hot day, for five hours, they were non stop dynamos. Extremely personable and professional, Ron and Ryan were a perfect fit for our move.

Hired 4 movers...2 were several hours late due to car trouble. When the unloaded 2 leather couches, they were damaged because when the originally loaded them they put leather on leather...dye came off in several places and leather pealed.

Arrived shortly after scheduled arrival time, but called to give me a heads up they were on their way. Worked quickly and got everything done in 2 hours. They were careful with my furniture and my home.

It was a hectic day with lots of communication necessary to get everything set up. However, once the team arrived they made short work of emptying my PODS container. They took time to make sure not to damage walls or doors. Did have one issue, but that wasn't their fault.
They were friendly and worked hard. Would recommend and I am already hiring them for my next PODS unload.
