Using HireAHelper was extremely useful in arranging our move; they recommended a list but the highest ratings went to The Tri-County Movers, so we chose them. They are awesome! The only flaw was that they were late but they stayed until the job is done. You wouldn't even know we had a massive move were it not for the huge PACK-RAT container that was sitting in our driveway this morning, which was just picked-up and is on its way from CA to VA. Everyone who came to the house from Tri-County Movers were not only professional in packing boxes for us and carefully, methodically placing everything into the container for shipping, but they spotlessly cleaned up the area before they left. One other thing that cannot be overlooked. Moving is stressful but by the time we were done, Steve, Daniel and the rest of the crew had been so helpful, with smiles and lightheartedness throughout the day that it was as if they were all family and the day flew by...we were actually sad to say goodbye as they drove away. Anyone who lives in the L.A. / Orange County areas, I highly recommend hiring Tri-County Movers. You will not be disappointed.

Showed up two hours late, were poorly equipped (only had one hand truck - no tools or furniture dolly or collapsible hand truck - which were promised), movers were nice - but were not well experienced...

I should have realized it does not take 3 hours to unload a POD. Why did I hire them? Very nice guys but what a rip off. They finished in less than 1 1/2 hours and I had to pay $400.00. I am an idiot.

Ryan and Nick were amazing....they arrived at my home early and ready to work....they had all the necessary tools needed to perform the job and they worked hard to get the job done quickly...they were extremely respectful and helpful including assisting me by jump starting my moving truck after the battery died....they went above and beyond what was required of them and i will absolutely use Tri-County Movers again and i will be requesting Ryan and Nick!

I have used hire a helper twice. Both times the movers showed up hours after their scheduled arrival time. The service is overcharged and movers inexperienced In both occasions. I will never your services again or would recommend them to anyone.

Steve and Brad were incredible! They were hard working and very efficient. They packed up every square inch of the pod and handled out furniture with care. I would highly recommend Tri-County Movers without reservation and would use them again in the future!

Great guys and hard workers, they knew what they were doing and did a great job. I scheduled for 8am they arrived at 10 after 10. I did receive a call they would be later. It wasn't a problem but it would have been better to finish earlier. But the good attitudes and hard work of the guys made the time fly.
It would have been all day without them. Highly recommended!

We hired Tri-County Movers to load our 2 large PODs and we had packed up all of our boxes prior to their arrival. We had two movers for 4 hours, however I would say only one of the movers was worth their money. The other guy seemed like he had no idea what he was doing and I ended up moving just as many boxes as he did. They did do a great job of loading up and securing our PODs and being able to move our large items, safely and securely.
