I hired Chaz & Crew to unload. 2 guys (Chris, Terrel) for 2 hours emptied the truck early and then helped me move heavy boxes that had been delivered from WayFair. I was only able to get those boxes in the front door (desk, bookcase, filing cabinet, TV stand) but these guys hauled them upstairs like they weighed nothing. Hot day and I offered water, but they declined until the job was done. Good work ethic!

Chaz & Crew did a wonderful job moving the contents of my townhome into a Pods. The guys were on time and a pleasure to work with. They didn’t stop working until everything was loaded, it took less than 1.5 hours for all the furniture and boxes. I definitely will be hiring them for my unload!

We contracted with Chaz and Crew to load out an apartment into a 15 ft U-haul truck. The 3- man crew, lead by Ty, arrived promptly at the appointed time. As we showed these guys what we had, they got right to work. Very professional and respectful! The guys handled all our items such that no damage was done. They did what they had to and got everything out of the apartment .. thru narrow doors and stairs. The truck was packed tightly and "to the gills", ready for a long road trip. A most excellent experience! This is the second time in two years we have used Chaz and Crew.

We hired 2 workers for 4 hours and were pleasantly surprised when 3 workers showed up! Our moving crew (Brandon, Lamar, and Chris) were so great. They were efficient, careful, and friendly. Moving during a heat wave didn’t seem to slow them down at all! They finished everything in less time than anticipated (and our move involved multiple flights of stairs, a 30 minute drive, and 100 degree heat!)

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
