I feel like the gentleman were extremely inexperienced and their youth showed in the move when they set my white fabric sofa on the ground, and after they left it was filthy. They carried it in the house with the cushions still on it which then proceeded to fall off onto the ground. They carried my furniture up the steps by the feet of the furniture and I thought the furniture feet were going to snap off. I had to walk away, I could not watch. They laid blankets and rugs in the grass and then brought it in my house. The next morning I woke up to ants all over the place.

They showed up an hour late. They did not load all of my items into the truck. They broke a lamp. They lost part of my bed frame. They scratched my furniture by not using the free blankets in the Uhaul truck I rented. They harassed me by texting and calling when my tip initially failed to go through but contact was poor when I told them about my issues. They did not put my clearly labeled boxes in the correct rooms. Two of the three were friendly and one of the three worked very hard but DO NOT HIRE.

I would highly recommend, AJ and Wayne are awesome. I’m totally lost in words on how to describe how well they work as a team, and their dedication in helping my father move. I did not get 4 helpers but I guess I paid for four but got three. The thing that was disappointing was one of the guys would be given boxes and after asking where they go, when most of the boxes had writing on them, after I directed him, he would just leave them in the middle of the room with no space to walk. Plus I had neck surgery and they stacked some large boxes on top of medium boxes and didn’t even put them In the correct room. I was very disappointed that none of them were vaccinated and they didn’t wear mask!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
First if pre- packing items up pls make sure that it fragile items are security pack and wrap individually and labeled on the box as fragile and that every box or item is labeled with which room you would like that particular box item or piece of furniture. That makes for a smoothmove

We are big on the little things which leads to being able to successfully handle the bigger moves. How to treat ever move as if it was our owe move to a new home or office. Paying attention to the all detials makes for a smooth move
